Our Story
Edgewater Community Church was founded with a vision to create a community deeply rooted in the teachings of Jesus Christ.
Since our inception, we have been committed to spreading the gospel and fostering spiritual growth. Our journey began in a small gathering of believers, and over the years, we have grown into a vibrant congregation dedicated to discipleship and community service.
Key milestones in our history include the establishment of various outreach programs and the expansion of our facilities to accommodate our growing family. Our mission remains steadfast: to equip believers for service and to impact the world with the love and truth of Christ.
The Church in Acts displayed Leadership, Prayer, Worship, Discipleship, Evangelism, Fellowship and Ministry.
These Seven Functions are key to a church being Biblically healthy and growing. Our church will focus on these areas so that we may have a positive impact on ourselves, our community, and the world.
This church covenant is a promise made to God, to our church and to ourselves.
Loved dearly by God in Christ Jesus, we will love Him because He first loved us.
We will exhort one another to live holy lives, and we will challenge brothers and sisters persisting in sin.
We will become the bearers of God’s name in the world. The fruit of godly living will serve as evidence of the genuineness of our commitment.

1995
Church Founded
Edgewater Community Church was established with a small group of dedicated believers, committed to spreading the teachings of Christ.
2000
First Outreach Program Launched

2005
New Worship Center Opened
Our growing congregation moved into a newly constructed worship center, designed to accommodate our expanding community.
2010
International Missions Began

Digital Ministry Launched
